La struttura portante dell\u2019autorimessa \u00e8 formata da uno scheletro in calcestruzzo armato di travi e pilastri con orizzontamenti in piastra piena da 25 cm di spessore. Nel complesso l\u2019opera cuba per circa 14500 mc, di cui 5500 mc sono di autorimesse interrate. A causa della prossimit\u00e0 degli scavi dei locali interrati con gli edifici attigui, si \u00e8 reso necessario ricorrere all\u2019uso di diaframmi in calcestruzzo armato con spessore variabile da 60 cm a 80 cm. Gli impalcati di piano sono stati realizzati mediante solai in getto pieno con spessori variabili da 18 cm a 24 cm, mentre la copertura a due falde \u00e8 costituita da un solaio in travetti tralicciati laterocementizi prefabbricati. Fronte mare \u00e8 stata realizzata una terrazza curvilinea mediante una piastra piena calcestruzzo armato alleggerito poggiante su colonne metalliche inclinate, mentre la copertura a quattro falde \u00e8 in legno lamellare poggiante unicamente sul perimetro di ingombro del fabbricato, in modo da non avere pilastri all&#8217;interno degli ambienti. Al di sotto del giardino antistante il fabbricato \u00e8 stata realizzata un&#8217;autorimessa interrata mediante l&#8217;inserimento di una paratia di micropali in aderenza alle fondazioni del fabbricato esistente. Al piano intermedio sono presenti due unit\u00e0 abitative, mentre il piano superiore presenta un singolo appartamento per ogni villetta. Dal punto di vista strutturale l\u2019opera \u00e8 composta interamente da strutture in calcestruzzo armato; nello specifico le fondazioni sono costituite da travi a sezione rettangolare, le strutture portanti verticali sono composte da pilastri quadrati e rettangolari aventi lato minimo pari a 25cm, mentre gli orizzontamenti sono costituiti da piastre piene dello spessore di 22-25cm a seconda dei carichi portati. Le opere speciali di fondazione sono costituite da colonne Jet-Grouting armate e diaframmi perimetrali tirantati in C.A., per fronti di altezza di 6,00 m. Le strutture in elevazione sono realizzate con pilastri e setti in C.A. mentre i solai sono a piastra piena (28.000 mq) sia per i piani interrati che per quelli in elevazione. La struttura portante del fabbricato \u00e8 realizzata in calcestruzzo armato le cui le componenti verticali sono costituite da pilastri a sezione rettangolare, dai nuclei scala e dalle pareti di sostegno delle rampe carrabili. Le strutture orizzontali sono composte da piastre piene in c.a. aventi spessori variabili da 0.22 m a 0.35 m, mentre le fondazioni sono costituite da platee in c.a. aventi spessore di 0.5 m per le volumetrie limitate alla piazza e 0.8 m per le fondazioni dell&#8217;edificio. Lo scavo previsto per i volumi interrati ha richiesto una struttura di contenimento del terreno in adiacenza agli edifici prospicienti realizzata tramite diaframmi in c.a. di spessore pari a 0.8 m, collegati in testa da un sistema interno di puntoni metallici e cordoli di collegamento. Le aule del piano inferiore hanno altezza interna costante pari a circa 3m mentre i locali adibiti a magazzino \/ biblioteca hanno altezza interna variabile da 1.30m a 3.35m circa. Dal punto di vista strutturale si ha un&#8217;ossatura portante portante in calcestruzzo armato coperto da un tetto ligneo che in sezione ha la forma di un&#8217;onda. Le strutture dell&#8217;ampliamento sono state realizzate in modo da rendere staticamente e sismicamente indipendente il volume di ampliamento da quello esistente. La prima ha previsto l\u2019acquisizione di atti e documenti necessari alla ricostruzione storico-culturale dei manufatti oggetto di indagine, il rilievo strutturale di dettaglio delle opere e l\u2019esecuzione di saggi e indagini sui materiali costituenti le strutture. La seconda fase ha comportato una serie di elaborazioni (analisi strutturali e modellazioni numeriche) finalizzate a valutare la capacit\u00e0 della struttura per confrontarla con la domanda corrispondente ai vari stati limite previsti. Si \u00e8 poi passati ad una sintesi delle risultanze acquisite dalle verifiche tecniche statiche e sismiche, focalizzandosi principalmente sulle eventuali problematiche emerse e sui possibili rimedi. Per la sua realizzazione si sono rese necessarie opere d\u2019arte stradale (muri di contenimento, rilevati e scavi) al fine di creare una corsia avente una larghezza di 300 cm con una ulteriore larghezza di 150 cm per lato stradale. Sono stati inoltre inseriti due allargamenti che hanno la funzione di sosta e manovra dei veicoli in caso di incrocio. Il grave ammaloramento del calcestruzzo su tutti gli intradossi delle travi portanti e dei traversi, la riduzione e la rottura delle staffe di contenimento sempre a carico delle suddette travi e la alta percentuale di superfici con distacco del copriferro con armatura e staffe corrose con sezione intaccata sulle travi e sulla soletta ha reso necessario un risanamento strutturale. In particolare si \u00e8 provveduto alla sostituzione ed integrazione delle armature corrose, alla pulitura e applicazione di inibitori di corrosione, alla ricostruzione dello strato corticale di copriferro e alla protezione corticale di tutto l\u2019intradosso impalcato e travi con opportuno trattamento protettivo.
